Mel Gilbson or John McCain
I was listening to a Dwell podcast earlier and the term maverick was used to discribe Buckmaster Fuller. I was immediately hit with the visual image of McCain and Palin referring to their campaign as being maverick. This image was then replaced with the wild west gun slinging Mel Gibson from the film Maverick. I was left with the distinct feeling that the word maverick would never be the same for me.
